Welcome to Pack 321!
Pack 321 Info
Pack 321 meets from August through May at Aurora Christian School one Tuesday night each month from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. (Closing ceremony at 7:30.) Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who are in the first grade through fifth grade (or 7, 8, 9, and 10 years of age). Our pack averages between 45-50 in at least 5 dens, and we have plenty of room. Please contact us for information about joining.
What do we do?
Our pack is active in many exciting events, including Pinewood Derby, Cub Day Camp, Cubbie Baseball, Raingutter Regatta, Space Derby, Blue & Gold Banquet, camping, swimming, hiking, service projects, sporting events and more. Most Pack 321 Cub Scouts advance to Boy Scouts, and some even have earned the rank of Eagle!
The Dens!
Each den is unique but has in common a commitment to the values of the B.S.A. and to a safe and quality experience for the boys. Leaders are well-trained and generous with their time.
The Tiger program is for boys in the first grade and requires an adult partner. The Wolf program is for boys in the second grade and emphasizes family involvement. The Bear program is for boys in the third grade and scouts begin to learn to take more initiative as activities begin to focus more on the den and reliance on fellow Scouts. The Webelos program is for boys in the fourth and fifth grades. It is a transition to the Boy Scout program and Scouts rely more on their own initiative with leader guidance, in preparation for the Boy Scout program.
